Cookies

When trialling the PropEmbed functionality we’ll set a cookie to store the selected design settings. Should you then convert to a subscription we’ll use this cookie to retain the design settings and save them against your account. This cookie is removed either a) at the point of a new order or b) at the point of closing your browser.

If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

When you log in we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.

We may also use third-party cookies for analytics, performance monitoring, and payment processing. You can manage or withdraw consent through your browser settings or our cookie banner (if applicable).

Data we collect

• Password (stored securely as a hashed value)

3.2 Billing & Payment Information

Payments are processed securely through WooCommerce and its connected payment gateway Stripe. We do not store or have access to your full payment card details.

We may store:

• Transaction IDs
• Subscription status
• Order history
• Last 4 digits of a card (if returned by your payment provider)

3.3 Property Data (CRM Imports & Manual Entries)

If you add properties manually or connect PropEmbed to a CRM, we collect:

• Property descriptions
• Images
• Prices, availability, and status
• Location details
• Associated metadata provided by your CRM

This data is used solely to power your embedded property widgets and is synced automatically every 15 minutes when using CRM integrations.

3.4 Website & Embedding Usage Data

When you embed PropEmbed widgets on your website, we may receive non-personally identifiable data such as:

• Widget views and interactions
• Device type
• Browser type
• Approximate location (city/country level)
• Performance data (e.g., load times)

This helps us ensure fast, reliable performance.

3.5 Cookies & Technical Data

We use cookies to:

• Manage login sessions
• Store display and design preferences
• Maintain trial configuration settings
• Keep your cart and checkout process functioning via WooCommerce

Who we share your data with

If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.

How long we retain your data

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us.
